First Republic Bank, a California-based bank focused on high net worth individuals in metropolitan areas, priced its 11 million share IPO at $25.50, the midpoint of the $24-$27 range. First Republic Bank plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol FRC. BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and J.P. Morgan acted as lead managers on the deal.
