Procore Technologies, which provides cloud-based construction management and collaboration software, raised $634 million by offering 9.5 million shares at $67, above the range of $60 to $65. At pricing, Procore Technologies commands a fully diluted market value of $9.6 billion and an enterprise value of $8.7 billion.
Procore Technologies plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol PCOR. Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Barclays, and Jefferies acted as lead managers on the deal.
