Navios Maritime Partners LP, an international owner and operator of drybulk carriers, filed for an IPO Friday with the SEC. The company plans to offer 10 million units, but did not disclose a price range in the initial filing. The firm expects to list on the NYSE under the ticker "NMM." Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan are the joint book runners on the deal.
