Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, which operates 22 high-volume, full-service restaurants across 14 states, filed for an IPO Tuesday with the SEC. The company filed to list on the NASDAQ under the ticker "FINE." Piper Jaffray is the sole book runner on the deal. No terms were disclosed in the initial filing.
