Lyft originally proposed a range of $62 to $68. Most companies that price above the range trade up initially.

Lyft plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol LYFT. J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse, Jefferies, UBS Investment Bank, Stifel, RBC Capital Markets and KeyBanc Capital Markets acted as lead managers on the deal.
