Netlist, a manufacturer of memory subsystems for computers, filed for an IPO on Friday. The Irvine, CA-based company's products are used by computer makers including IBM, Dell, Gateway, Lenovo and HP. Thomas Weisel, Needham & Co and WR Hambrecht are set to manage the deal. Terms and timing have yet to be announced.
