Gravity Co., a Korean company which develops and distributes online games in Japan, Taiwan and Thailand, filed for an initial public offering on Thursday. A total of 9.3 million ADSs will be offered, including 2.8 million offered by insiders, within a proposed price range of $13.50 to $15.50, resulting in an estimated initial market cap of $416 million. CS First Boston is the lead underwriter on the deal. The upcoming IPO will be traded on the NASDAQ under the ticker GRVY.
