LIS Technologies, which develops laser-based uranium enrichment technologies for nuclear energy, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $17 million in an initial public offering.
The company plans to raise $17 million by offering 2.8 million shares at a price range of $5 to $7. Co-founders and executives Jay Jiang Yu and Christo Liebenberg have indicated on up to $0.5 million of the IPO (2.9% of the deal). At the midpoint of the proposed range, LIS Technologies would command a fully diluted market value of $589.
LIS Technologies is an early-stage uranium enrichment company developing patented and proprietary laser-based enrichment technologies, centered on its CRISLA process, to produce enriched uranium for the nuclear energy industry. The company targets operators of commercial light-water reactors, as well as developers and operators of advanced reactors, including small modular reactors and microreactors. It has begun laboratory-scale testing in Oak Ridge, TN, and targets operations at a pilot plant around 2030 and a commercial enrichment facility around 2033, subject to financing and NRC licensing. The company is one of six participants in the DOE’s LEU acquisition program.
The Oak Ridge, TN-based company was founded in 2021 and plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol LIS. LIS Technologies filed confidentially on July 20, 2026. Titan Partners is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
