RegenLab USA, which provides medical devices for tissue repair and other regenerative medicinal uses, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $35 million in an initial public offering.
RegenLab develops and manufactures single-use devices that prepare autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP), alone or combined with hyaluronic acid (HA), at the point of care. Its products are used in musculoskeletal, wound care, aesthetic, and women's health settings. The company's two main products are RegenKit, a PRP preparation kit, and Cellular Matrix, a PRP-HA combination for knee osteoarthritis. Most products are CE-marked in Europe, and several RegenKit configurations, including a wound gel covered by Medicare, are FDA-cleared in the US. Cellular Matrix is not yet approved in the US and remains in the PMA process. Founded in Switzerland in 2003, the company runs manufacturing sites in Switzerland, France, and New Jersey, and sells through direct sales forces and distributors in about 90 countries.
The Jersey City, NJ-based company was founded in 2003 and booked $54 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2026. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol RGNA. RegenLab USA filed confidentially on October 20, 2025. StoneX Financial is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
