Aggreko, UK-based global provider of portable energy, HVAC, and compressor equipment, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to what we estimate could be $1.5 billion.
Aggreko designs, deploys, and optimizes engineered energy and temperature solutions. The company provides modular solutions for an array of purposes, including for industrial sites, data centers, and natural disaster relief. Aggreko counts over 14,000 customers in over 80 countries, with approximately 8,000 employees, and a global fleet with an overall capacity of 17 GW.
The Glasgow, United Kingdom-based company was founded in 1962 and booked $3.4 billion in revenue for the 12 months ended December 31, 2025. It plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol AGKO. Aggreko filed confidentially on May 15, 2026. Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities, Barclays, Morgan Stanley, Jefferies, Deutsche Bank, UBS Investment Bank, Baird, Santander, WR Securities, and Nomura Securities are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
