Africa-focused SPAC pan-Africa withdraws $125 million IPO

pan-Africa corporation, a blank check company led by the former CEO of Tapestry targeting businesses in Africa, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Monday. It had filed in October 2025 to raise $125 million by offering 12.5 million units at $10. Each unit consisted of one share of common stock and one right to receive one-tenth of a share.


The New York, NY-based company was founded in 2025. It had planned to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol BLEUU. Santander was set to be the sole bookrunner on the deal.
