Defense tech roll-up Lyntris (LYNX) plans to raise $492 million at a $2.4 billion market cap. Lyntris supplies connectivity solutions for military customers spanning three areas: sensor architecture, sensor hardware, and data/software platforms that combine information to support command-and-control and mission execution. Its solutions are used across maritime domain awareness, air and missile defense, and space ISR and communications missions. The company’s backlog reached $923 million as of 6/3/26, more than doubling year over year. It will be levered post-IPO.
