GigCapital10, a blank check company led by SPAC veteran Avi Katz targeting aerospace and TMT businesses, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $220 million in an initial public offering.
The company plans to raise $220 million by offering 22 million units at $10. Each unit consists of one share of common stock, and one right to receive one-tenth of a fractional share at the time of the business combination.
Avi Katz has previously been involved in various SPACs, including GigCapital9 (GIXXU; +2% from $10 offer price), GigCapital8 (GIWWU; +5%), and GigCapital7, which merged with Hadron Energy (HDRN; -82%) in May 2026.
The Palo Alto, CA-based company was founded in 2026. It plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol GIA.U. D. Boral Capital is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
