KiNRG, a HydroThermal Reactor power plant developer with data center construction operations, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $17 million in an initial public offering.

The company plans to raise $17 million by offering 3.8 million shares at a price range of $4 to $5. At the midpoint of the proposed range, KiNRG would command a fully diluted market value of $298.9 million.

KiNRG is an early-stage company developing plans to design, permit, finance and construct its patented renewable HydroThermal Reactor projects, which uses ambient heat and evaporative cooling dynamics within a tower structure to create a downdraft that drives turbines to generate electricity. Following the acquisition of TRINITY on April 1, 2026, the company’s operations also include commercial construction and infrastructure services primarily aimed the data center industry.

The Herndon, VA-based company was founded in 2010 and booked $257 million in revenue for the 12 months ended December 31, 2025. It plans to list on the NYSE American but has not yet selected a ticker symbol (RC ticker: KINR.RC). KiNRG filed confidentially on June 12, 2026. R.F. Lafferty & Co. is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
