SPAC Gravity Acquisition files for a $250 million IPO, targeting North America, Europe, and Asia

Gravity Acquisition, a blank check company targeting North America, Europe, and Asia, filed on Wednesday with the SEC to raise up to $250 million in an initial public offering.

The company plans to raise $250 million by offering 25 million units at $10. Each unit consists of one share of common stock, and one right to receive one-third share at the time of the business combination.

Gravity Acquisition is led by CEO and Director Iris Zhao, the CIO of Future Fintech Group (Nasdaq: FTFT), CFO Dan Song, the CFO of AP Power Corp Renewable Energy, and Chairman Ailong Xie, the Chairman and CEO of Joint Fortune Capital. The company intends to pursue opportunities globally, including in North America, Europe, and Asia.

The City of Industry, CA-based company was founded in 2026. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol GVACU. Gravity Acquisition filed confidentially on March 24, 2026. Maxim Group LLC is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
