Hong Kong-based nutrition products Fitness Fanatics more than triples shares offered ahead of $35 million US IPO

Fitness Fanatics, a Hong Kong-based distributor of sports nutrition products, raised the proposed deal size for its upcoming IPO on Monday.

The Hong Kong, China-based company now plans to raise $35 million by offering 7 million shares at a price range of $4 to $6. The company had previously filed to offer 2 million shares at a price range of $4 to $5. Fitness Fanatics last submitted IPO filings in September 2025. At the midpoint of the revised range, Fitness Fanatics will raise 289% more in proceeds than previously anticipated and command a market value of $113 million (-21% versus previous terms).

Fitness Fanatics distributes and sells sports nutrition products in Hong Kong, China, and Malaysia, with a presence across a diverse range of channels, including gyms, supermarkets, convenience stores, membership stores, specialty stores, e-commerce platforms, and online marketplaces. As of December 31, 2025, the company had over 1,500 points of sale.

Fitness Fanatics was founded in 2016 and plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol FIT. Craft Capital Management is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
