Caedryn Acquisition I, a blank check company targeting AI and fintech, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Friday. It had filed in July 2025 to raise $60 million by offering 6 million units at $10. Each unit consisted of one share of common stock and one right to receive one-seventh of a share.
The Hong Kong-based company was founded in 2025. It had planned to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol CAEAU. Maxim Group LLC was set to be the sole bookrunner on the deal.
