Orbital systems developer Gravitics Holdings files for a $125 million Nasdaq listing

July 20, 2026

Gravitics Holdings, which develops large space structures and orbital systems, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $125 million in an initial public offering.

Gravitics Holdings is engaged in the design, development, and commercialization of large space structures, including orbital carriers, cargo logistics spacecraft, and space station modules for government and commercial customers. Its flagship commercial contract is a $125 million fixed-price deal with Axiom Space.

Gravitics Holdings is going public via a merger with Non-Invasive Monitoring Systems, a shell company that had previously developed non-invasive whole-body periodic acceleration therapeutic platforms before discontinuing operations in 2019 and searching since then for a reverse-merger partner. Non-Invasive Monitoring Systems is currently listed on the OTC Pink under the ticker “NIMU,” where it commands a $12 million market cap. In connection with the proposed merger, the combined company will be named “Gravitics Holdings,” and will be listed on the Nasdaq.

The Miami, FL-based company was founded in 2021 and plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol GVTX. Gravitics filed confidentially on April 21, 2026. Lucid Capital Markets is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
