Hong Kong consulting firm Mclaren International Holdings files for a $20 million US IPO

Mclaren International Holdings, a Hong Kong-based provider of HR, immigration, and ESG consulting services, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $20 million in an initial public offering.

The company plans to raise $20 million by offering 4 million shares at a price range of $4 to $6.

Mclaren International Holdings provides human resources and business consultancy services in Hong Kong, including recruitment, immigration advisory, and ESG consulting. The company supports corporate and individual clients with services such as talent sourcing, outsourcing, business consulting, branding and marketing support, immigration applications, and ESG strategy guidance. Their operations are conducted through subsidiaries, Mclaren and Here Hear, that focus on recruitment and immigration services as well as immigration and ESG advisory.

The Hong Kong-based company was founded in 2019 and booked $2 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2025. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol MCL. Mclaren International Holdings filed confidentially on April 22, 2025. Joseph Stone Capital is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
