UDynamics, a Hong Kong-based provider of web hosting, cloud, and IT services, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $18 million in an initial public offering.
The Hong Kong, China-based company plans to raise $18 million by offering 3 million shares at a price range of $5 to $7.
UDynamics is a technology solutions provider delivering cloud hosting and management, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, application development, and domain registration services to enterprises, government entities, and SMEs across Asia. The company conducts all of its operations through its Hong Kong subsidiary, UDomain Web Hosting Company, which has evolved from a traditional web hosting provider into an integrated digital infrastructure partner serving over 20,000 customers since 1998. In 2025, revenue was primarily driven by cloud hosting and management services (76% of total revenue), followed by IT solution services (19%), and domain registration services (4%).
The Hong Kong, China-based company booked $7 million in revenue for the 12 months ended July 31, 2025. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol UDUD. Pacific Century Securities is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
