APAC-focused digital supply chain platform provider Gravity AI files for a $17 million US IPO

Gravity AI, an APAC-focused digital supply chain platform provider, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $17 million in an initial public offering.

Through its operating subsidiaries, Gravity AI provides supply chain visibility and execution software designed to integrate with logistics service providers’ ERP systems. Its software is designed to mitigate risk and provide data analytics, and has a focus on the early stages of production processes.

The Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands-based company was founded in 2014 and booked $2 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2025. It plans to list on the Nasdaq, although it has not yet selected a symbol (RC ticker: GTAI.RC). Gravity AI filed confidentially on September 24, 2025. Dominari Securities and Revere Securities are the joint bookrunners on the deal.
