Hong Kong-based digital marketing firm Feline Culture Holdings files for an $18 million US IPO

Feline Culture Holdings, a digital marketing firm creating AI-powered brand campaigns, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $18 million in an initial public offering.

Feline Culture Holdings uses AI generated content to create customized, interactive marketing experiences that feature brand elements like mascots, product features, and key messages. Some of its offering leverage coupons or points awarded to users upon completing certain tasks, such as mini-games. Feline Culture Holdings states that it has served over 30 brands in multiple industries, including beauty and personal care, food and beverage retail, travel and leisure, education and training, financial services, industrial manufacturing, home improvement, and consumer electronics

The Hong Kong, China-based company was founded in 2024 and plans to list on the NYSE American, although it has not yet selected a symbol (RC ticker: FCH.RC). Feline Culture Holdings filed confidentially on October 17, 2025. Kingswood Capital Markets is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
