Malaysia-based business consulting firm V Capital Consulting Group files for a $15 million US IPO

V Capital Consulting Group, which business consulting firm spun out of Malaysia-based VCI Global, filed on Wednesday with the SEC to raise up to $15 million in an initial public offering.

V Capital Consulting Group, spun out of parent VCI Global (VCIG), provides listing consultancy and business strategy consultancy for a variety of corporations. The company provides end-to-end listing solutions that cover advising on organizational readiness, managing due diligence process, conducting peer and industry analyses, supporting the drafting of offering materials, and providing assistance to customers throughout the listing process. The company was formed out of Malaysian consulting firm VCI Global, which itself listed on the Nasdaq in 2023, and has since traded down approximately -100%.
The primary shareholder is VHKL with a 92% post-IPO stake.

The Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia-based company was founded in 2016 and booked $9 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2025. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol VCCG. D. Boral Capital is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
