AOJE, which designs, manufactures, and sells furniture and copper industrial components in China, filed on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $30 million in an initial public offering.
AOJE operates primarily in China through its subsidiaries, focusing on the design, development, production, and sale of antibacterial cabinets, wrought iron furniture, commutators, and copper bars. The company's production facility in China covers over 45,000 square meters. AOJE processed approximately 41,000 orders through various e-commerce platforms since April 2023, serving a customer base across North America, Asia, Europe, Africa, and Australia.
The Suzhou, China-based company was founded in 2019 and booked $13 million in revenue for the 12 months ended May 31, 2025. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol AOJE. AOJE filed confidentially on January 10, 2025. Revere Securities is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
