Malaysian fiber-optic infrastructure provider Neutrans files and sets terms for a $9 million US IPO

Neutrans, which provides fiber-optic internet infrastructure in Malaysia, filed on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $9 million in an initial public offering.

The company plans to raise $9 million by offering 1.8 million units at a price range of $4 to $6. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Neutrans would command a market cap of $119 million.

The company provides fiber-optic infrastructure in Malaysia, owning and operating about 80 fiber ducts. Its offerings include selling fiber ducts, leasing fiber cores, entering IRU agreements, and providing related operation and maintenance services to enterprise and carrier customers.

The Cyberjaya, Malaysia-based company was founded in 2011 and booked $3 million in revenue for the 12 months ended March 31, 2025. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol NEUT. Neutrans filed confidentially on May 30, 2025. Blue Diamond Securities of America and Cathay Securities are the joint bookrunners on the deal.
