Singapore financial data platform Wealth Management System files and sets terms for a $10 million US IPO

Wealth Management System, which provides a financial data platform for investment analysis, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $10 million in an initial public offering.

The company plans to raise $10 million by offering 2.2 million shares at a price range of $4 to $5. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Wealth Management System would command a market value of $73 million.

The company's flagship product, Spiking, curates historical financial data, including earnings reports, trending market news, and insider trading reports, to provide useful metrics to users to conduct investment analysis.

The Singapore-based company was founded in 2012 and booked $3 million in revenue for the 12 months ended March 31, 2025. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol GIVE. Wealth Management System filed confidentially on July 7, 2025. Cathay Securities is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
