China-based 3D portrait printing service provider Sharewow files for a $30 million US IPO

Sharewow, a China-based provider of 3D portrait photography services to businesses, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $30 million in an initial public offering.

The company provides 3D portrait photography services to businesses, primarily in China. Its offerings include 3D photography booths, printing equipment, and supporting software, which are supplied to business customers who sell 3D portraits, figurines, and miniature landscapes under proprietary and customer brands. As of December 31, 2024, Sharewow had customers in 20 provinces in mainland China and nine countries across the globe, including Australia, Saudi Arabia and South Korea.

The Xiamen, China-based company was founded in 2016 and booked $2 million in revenue for the 12 months ended December 31, 2024. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol SUWA. Kingswood Capital Markets is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
