Tax advisory firm Andersen Group files for a $100 million IPO

Andersen Group, a tax, valuation, and financial advisory firm formed by former Arthur Andersen partners, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering.

Founded in 2002 by a team of leaders and partners of the former accounting firm Arthur Andersen, Andersen Group provides independent tax, valuation, and financial advisory services to individuals and family offices, businesses, and institutional clients. As of June 30, 2025, Andersen had performed services for over 11,300 client groups across the US (+9% y/y). The firm has a global reach, facilitated through its membership in Andersen Global, a Swiss association of over 300 member and collaborating firms.

The San Francisco, CA-based company booked $774 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2025, and plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol ANDG. Andersen Group filed confidentially on April 25, 2025. Morgan Stanley, UBS Investment Bank, Deutsche Bank, Truist Securities, and Wells Fargo Securities are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
