HAMA Intelligence, a Singaporean accounting and business consulting firm, filed on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $7 million in an initial public offering.
The Singapore-based company plans to raise $7 million by offering 1.1 million shares at a price range of $5 to $7. At the midpoint of the proposed range, HAMA Intelligence would command a market cap of $121 million.
The company provides one-stop corporate services and business financial consulting services, offering accounting, internal control, tax, and compliance advisory, as well as business financial consulting to clients ranging from small enterprises to listed companies. Its clients include consumer-facing businesses, financial services providers, and other companies.
The Singapore-based company was founded in 2025 and booked $2 million in revenue for the 12 months ended February 28, 2025. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol HAMA. HAMA Intelligence filed confidentially on July 7, 2025. Pacific Century Securities is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
