AM PM Group, a Hong Kong-based marketing firm providing event management, content creation and IP exhibition services, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $7 million in an initial public offering.
The company plans to raise $7 million by offering 1.5 million shares at a price range of $4 to $5. At the midpoint of the proposed range, AM PM Group would command a market cap of $120 million.
AM PM Group is a service agency with a diverse business portfolio along the marketing and content production value chain. Its business operation spans across three key business, namely event management and decoration (23% of 2024 revenue), content production and design (48% of revenue), and IP exhibition (48% of revenue).
The Hong Kong, China-based company was founded in 2009 and plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol AMPM. Prime Number Capital is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
