Luxury vehicle exporter Hillhouse Frontier Holdings files and sets terms for a $6 million IPO

Hillhouse Frontier Holdings, a luxury vehicle exporter, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $6 million in an initial public offering.

The company plans to raise $6 million by offering 1.3 million shares at a price range of $4 to $6. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Hillhouse Frontier Holdings would command a market value of $106 million.

Through its subsidiary Hillhouse Capital Group, the company operates a vehicle export business, specializing in sourcing premium vehicles in the US and facilitating their shipment to a client in Hong Kong, who distributes the vehicles to its clients in the PRC. In 2024, Hillhouse completed 67 vehicle transactions, including 34 with authorized dealerships and 33 with independent dealers and worked with 15 purchasing agents.

The Diamond Bar, CA-based company was founded in 2022 and booked $7 million in revenue for the 12 months ended March 31, 2025. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol HIFI. Hillhouse Frontier Holdings filed confidentially on April 25, 2025. Cathay Securities is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
