Hong Kong mobile game developer DarkIris files and sets terms for a $6 million US IPO

DarkIris, a Hong Kong-based mobile game developer, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $6 million in an initial public offering.

The company plans to raise $6 million by offering 1.5 million shares at $4. At the proposed price, DarkIris would command a market value of $70 million.

DarkIris is engaged in the development, publishing, and operating of mobile digital games via various third-party digital storefronts. Its activities encompass game design, programming, and graphics, as well as distribution and operation of mobile games on various platforms.

DarkIris was founded in 2018 and booked $10 million in revenue for the 12 months ended March 31, 2025. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol DKI. The company filed confidentially on March 17, 2025. Tiger Brokers is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
