Hong Kong financial services firm Beta FinTech Holdings files and sets terms for a $10 million US IPO

Beta FinTech Holdings, a Hong Kong-based provider of securities placement and other financial services, filed on Wednesday with the SEC to raise up to $10 million in an initial public offering.

The company plans to raise $10 million by offering 2 million shares at a price range of $4 to $6. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Beta FinTech Holdings would command a market value of $100 million.

Through its operating subsidiaries, Beta FinTech provides financial services in Hong Kong. The company's primary offerings include securities dealing and brokerage services, margin loans and IPO financings, and placing services for Hong Kong IPOs.

Beta FinTech Holdings was founded in 1990 and booked $4 million in revenue for the 12 months ended December 31, 2024. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol BTFT. The company filed confidentially on December 13, 2024. Cathay Securities is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
