Innovation Beverage Group, an Australian distiller with a portfolio of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage brands, raised $5.4 million by offering 1.35 million shares at $4.00.
Note: Because it went public with a market cap of less than $50 million, Innovation Beverage Group will not be included in IPO Pro's 2024 IPO stats and screens.
Innovation Beverage Group listed on the Nasdaq on Thursday under the symbol IBG; it closed its first day at $2.92. The Benchmark Company acted as sole bookrunner on the deal.
