The Digital Marketer & Client Associate position will drive growth and success by using cutting-edge digital marketing tactics to unleash our brand's potential. You'll play an integral role in creating and executing successful digital marketing strategies that increase visibility, boost engagement levels, and foster conversions - driving our sales. Along with revenue growth and increasing sales, this position will work closely with and assist in client services to help retain our existing customers and improve our product offerings.

As a Digital Marketer, you'll be part of an amazing team dedicated to creating targeted campaigns and optimizing the results! You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to make sure each campaign is successful in reaching its goals while tracking data for continuous improvement. As a Client Associate, you will respond to inquiries from existing clients and potential customers and ensure that client and prospective client information is updated and maintained in our database.

We are on the search for someone with great interpersonal skills who is eager to learn - and drive our organization toward even greater success. This role will report directly to our CEO and will also receive direction and work closely with our client services manager.

Qualified Candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 + years digital marketing
  • Strong written, communication, statistical, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, able to multitask effectively and respond to changes quickly
  • Understanding of KPIs and defining them for social media and other business metrics
  • Knowledge of funnel and campaign best practices
  • An interest in working with Artificial Intelligence
  • A desire to learn new digital marketing technologies
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Ad words
  • Analytical and logical (you can solve problems like nobody's business)

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding our products with a priority on our IPO Pro platform
  • Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company's brand
  • Monitor all social media content and keep up with new technologies used in social media
  • Monitor IPO Pro customer support email
  • Create marketing pieces and help develop Ad campaigns
  • Some copywriting experience a plus
  • Work with Ad compliance for ETF-related Ads on Social media and website.
  • Track the performance of the Ad campaigns with google analytics.
  • Track customer engagement and SEO to optimize campaign content
  • Supporting role for Client Services
