Antero Midstream GP LP, which owns GP interests in Appalachian midstream MLP Antero Midstream Partners, raised $875 million by offering 37.3 million shares at $23.50, within the range of $22 to $25. Antero Midstream GP LP plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol AMGP. Morgan Stanley, Barclays, J.P. Morgan, Baird, Citi, Goldman Sachs and Wells Fargo Securities acted as lead managers on the deal.
