Wilbur Ross-backed global auto components supplier IAC Group files for a $115 million IPO

International Automotive Components Group, a global auto components supplier, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $115 million in an initial public offering. The Southfield, MI-based company, which was founded in 2006 and booked $4.7 billion in sales for the 12 months ended March 31, 2013, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol IACG.
