We are a provider of commercial flooring solutions, including sales, installation and maintenance services for existing and new commercial buildings. F5 Finishes initiated business activity in October 2017 when we commenced planning for the combination of our six Founding Companies that operate across a diverse range of major metropolitan markets in the United States. Our goal is to become the leading commercial flooring solutions provider in the United States by capitalizing on industry dynamics that we believe create an attractive consolidation opportunity for us and by leveraging the advantages of our business combinations to drive additional growth and margin expansion. Concurrently with and as a condition to the closing of this offering, F5 Finishes will acquire the six Founding Companies, creating a business that management believes will be among the ten largest commercial flooring solutions providers in the United States. Our Founding Companies have been in business for an average of 23 years and operate across seven major Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSA) in California, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey and New York.
