We are a newly organized blank check company. While we may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business industry or sector, given the operational experience of our management team in the healthcare services sector, as well as experience executing acquisitions in this space, we intend to capitalize on the ability of our management team to identify, acquire and manage an undervalued, growth-oriented business in the healthcare services industry that can benefit from our differentiated and proprietary deal flow, leading brand name and global network. We intend to primarily focus our target sourcing efforts on private healthcare service companies that we believe would benefit from a public listing and that are not otherwise gaining access to public capital. We intend to focus our search on business combination targets with an aggregate enterprise value ranging from $600 million to $1.25 billion. Furthermore, we believe that our management team is positioned to drive ongoing value creation post-business combination, as our team has done with investments in the healthcare services sectors over time. We believe our management team is well suited to identify opportunities that have the potential to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for our stockholders.
