While we may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business, industry, sector or geography, we intend to focus on industries that align with the relationships and expertise of our sponsor’s senior investment team, management team, and operating partners including technology, media and telecom, healthcare, technology enabled financial services, or Fintech, and other business and consumer related services. Our sponsor is affiliated with MC Credit Partners LP. MC Credit Partners is an institutional investment manager, founded in 2013, with approximately $2.0 billion of assets under management. We are led by Ashok Nayyar, our Chairman and Chief Executive Offer, Michael Zimmerman, our Co-President, David Gelobter, our Co-President and Secretary and Barry Best, our Chief Financial Officer, who will all be supported by a team of MC investment professionals as well as our directors as described below. Our business strategy is to leverage the origination network and strategic and transactional experience of our dedicated team to identify attractive potential business combination targets. We intend to focus on businesses that can benefit from the MC investment team’s expertise and that complement the experience of our management team, the MC investment team and our operating partners.
