Avenue Capital Mortgage REIT Inc., a mortgage REIT managed by Avenue REIT Advisors investing in diversified mortgage securities, filed on Wednesday with the SEC to raise up to $300 million in an initial public offering. The New York, NY-based company, which was founded in 1995, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol AVRE. No pricing terms were disclosed.
