QR Energy, LP, a Quantum Energy Partners-backed limited partnership that owns oil and natural gas properties in North America, raised $300 million by offering 15 million units at $20, the midpoint of its filed range of $19 to $21. The Houston, TX based partnership will begin trading on Friday on the NYSE under the symbol QRE. Wells Fargo Securities, J.P. Morgan, and Raymond James acted as lead managers on the deal.
