Verso Paper, which supplies coated paper to catalog and magazine publishers, priced its 14 million shares at the proposed $12 on Wednesday after cutting the size of its offering earlier in the day. The shares are expected to begin trading Thursday on the NYSE under the ticker VRS. Credit Suisse and Citi were the lead underwriters on the deal.
