Asia Time Corporation, a distributor of watch movements components to timepiece manufacturers, priced its offering of 963,700 shares at $3.50 on Tuesday, the midpoint of the expected range. Excluding the green shoe, the company sold 23% more shares than the 700,000 listed in its prior filing with the SEC. The shares began trading on the AMEX today under the ticker TYM. WestPark Capital was the lead underwriter on the deal.
