Orion Energy Systems, which designs, manufactures and implements energy management systems, plans to offer 7.6 million shares at a range of $12 to $14. Of the 7.6 million shares, 1.9 million are being sold by insiders. Thomas Weisel is acting as the lead manager on the deal.
