El Paso Pipeline Partners, an operator of natural gas transportation and storage facilities in the Rocky Mountains and southeastern U.S., priced its 25.0 million unit offering at $20, the midpoint of the proposed $19-$21 range. Lehman Brothers, Citi, Goldmans Sachs and UBS Investment Bank were the top underwriters on the deal. The units are expected to begin trading on the NYSE tomorrow under the symbol "EPB."
