ICx Technologies, a developer, manufacturer, marketer and integrator of advanced sensing technologies, products and solutions for security purposes, filed terms with the SEC Wednesday for its upcoming IPO. The company plans to offer 5 million shares at a price range of $17 to $19 per share. Lehman Brothers is the lead manager on the deal.
