El Paso Pipeline Partners, is a limited partnership formed by El Paso Corporation to own and operate natural gas transportation pipelines, storage and other midstream assets, filed for an IPO Friday with the SEC. The company plans to offer 25 million units, but did not specify a price range in the initial filing. The company plans to be listed on the NYSE under the ticker "EPB." Lehman Brothers, Citi, Goldman Sachs, and UBS are the joint book runners on the deal.
