Voltaire, which provides Infiniband switches and software for high-performance grid computing, priced 5.8 million shares at $9 per share, the low end of the revised $9 to $11 range. The company originally filed to offer 7.7 million shares at a price range of $12 to $14 per share. JP Morgan and Merrill Lynch are the lead managers on the deal. The stock is expected to begin trading Thursday on the NASDAQ under the ticker "VOLT."
