Server/storage switching services provider Voltaire lowers range and shares offered

Voltaire, which provides Infiniband switches and software for high-performance grid computing, lowered its range and shares offered Wednesday. The company now plans to offer 5.8 million shares at a range of $9 to $11 per share, instead of the originally proposed 7.7 million shares at a range of $12 to $14 per share. JP Morgan and Merrill Lynch are the lead managers on the deal.
